THE INNOVATIONS THAT INSPIRE SUCCESS FOR THE CHALLENGES OF THE FUTURE

Since 2005, Kiki Lab, in collaboration with its global consortium, the Ebeltoft Group, has conducted and published an annual survey that identifies key trends in Retail Innovations. The survey selects and analyzes about 50 cases from across the 5 continents that best exemplify these trends. The study also includes the finalist cases of the annual award launched by Kiki Lab in 2015: the Innova Retail Award.

The survey is presented every year in March at a major event that also involves top managers from some of the most innovative cases, sharing their insights and experiences.
